SEO and Ranking
If your package includes SEO or Google Business Profile optimization, we will work to improve your online visibility.
SEO results depend on many factors, including competition, location, reviews, Google algorithm changes, and client cooperation.
Specific ranking results are only guaranteed if clearly stated in your selected package.
Guarantee
If a ranking guarantee is included in your package, the exact keyword, location, time period, and conditions must be confirmed in writing before work begins.
If the agreed result is not achieved within the agreed period, we may pause billing or continue working without additional payment, depending on the package terms.
The guarantee applies only if the client provides all required access, materials, and cooperation on time.

After agreement, the client will receive an invoice for the agreed price.

Within 24 hours after payment, you will receive an onboarding email with the next steps.
If the service includes a 90-day SEO or Google Maps campaign, the 90-day period begins only after we receive all required access, materials, and business information.
Third-Party Platforms
Some services depend on third-party platforms such as Google, website builders, hosting providers, domain registrars, and social media platforms.
Ukwebad is not responsible for technical issues, policy changes, suspensions, or ranking changes caused by third-party platforms.

By signing or confirming this agreement, the client agrees to the terms above and authorizes Ukwebad to begin the agreed work after payment is received.

What We Need From You

- Access to your website or Google Business Profile
- Domain or hosting access, if we create a website
- Business information, logo, photos, and brand materials
- Raw video materials for video editing
- Information about your services, location, and target customers
